Topaz Black Friday 2025: what the deal was

In 2025 the sale started the week before Thanksgiving and the biggest cut went to Studio subscriptions. Whether Topaz repeats that in 2026 is up to Topaz.
Topaz Video vs VideoUpscaler this Black Friday
Topaz Video runs mainly on your own computer (cloud rendering is a paid extra) and works best with a strong graphics card. VideoUpscaler runs in the browser and upscales on our cloud GPUs, so there is nothing to install.
See VideoUpscaler's Black Friday offerNo GPU needed.
VideoUpscaler works on any laptop or Chromebook because the upscaling runs in the cloud. Topaz Video runs mainly on your own computer (cloud rendering is a paid extra) and is fastest on a powerful GPU.
Pay for what you upscale.
Plans start at $29.90/month for 1,000 credits, and 4K costs 3 credits per second of video. New accounts get 10 free credits.
VideoUpscaler Black Friday offer.
Early Black Friday runs now through November 26, 2026 and Black Friday weekend November 27–30 (Pacific Time). Annual plans: year one costs half of twelve monthly payments (Creator $179.40 instead of $358.80 paying monthly; the regular annual price is $287) and renews at the regular annual price. Monthly plans: 20% off the first 3 payments. Buy during Early Black Friday and get 10% bonus credits on your first payment. Regular prices from December 1.
When Topaz fits better.
Topaz offers more manual controls and runs mainly on your own hardware. If you upscale for hours every day on a strong GPU, it can be the better choice.
